Returns and Exchanges

Not obsessed?  We want you to be happy with your purchase. Web orders are eligible for a Store Credit within 14 days from the date received.

 

Store Credit:

We only issue Store Credit for qualifying returns. We do not issue refunds. We bring in new styles every week and hope we can assist you in finding something new if your purchase does not work out.  Feel free to reach out to us with any questions regarding sizing or styling. Store Credit never expires.  The amount of your Store Credit is only for the item(s) you purchased. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Expect an emailed Store Credit within 3 business days of the delivery of your Return to our store. Store Credit is not processed the day your item is delivered. It must be sorted, inspected, and processed.

Items must be unworn and unwashed with all original tags and accessories attached. Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition.

If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the items will be returned to you immediately. We reserve the right to refuse the issue of store credit if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage. Please contact our customer service if you have any questions.

Exchanges:

Need a different size or color?  We are happy to exchange the same item(s) as long as we still have the item in stock.  If the item is out of stock, you will be issued a store credit. The original shipping charge is non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for any item you exchange.

The following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned for Store Credit or Exchange:
